Shipping + returns

Please allow around 4 weeks from the confirmation of the design for the order to be ready to ship. We use priority mail with insurance but hand delivery when possible.

We require a 50% down payment for your piece and 50% upon delivery.

Unfortunately, due to the custom aspect of the way our pieces are made, returns are not possible.
